The first three are the documents you are asked to agree to when you register for an event. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to everyone who uses this website. All of them are written to be read by families rather than by lawyers, and each has its own page, so you can read, print or share whichever you need.
- Family Code of Conduct What we ask of every family at an event - respect, safety, behaviour support, photos and when to stay home.
- Waiver and Release of Liability The risks of taking part, the release and indemnification, medical treatment, and food and potluck safety.
- Photo & Video Permission & Release How photos and video from our events may be used, and what answering yes or no on the form means.
- Privacy Policy What we collect when you register, join or volunteer, where it is kept, who can see it, and how to have it removed.
- Terms of Use The rules for using this website, what membership costs and includes, and the limits of what we promise.
