These terms cover your use of this website. Taking part in our events is covered separately by the Family Code of Conduct and the Waiver and Release of Liability, which you are asked to agree to when you register. Where those documents and these terms overlap, those documents are the ones that apply to the event.
Who We Are
Party With Me 4 i.d. (“PWM4id”) is a Nevada nonprofit corporation and a 501(c)(3) organization, with its principal place of business at 304 S. Jones Blvd. #6124, Las Vegas, NV 89107. We are a social community for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.
Our official name is Party With Me 4 i.d. We are also known as PARTY WITH ME FOR INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES and PARTY WITH ME 4ID. These names all refer to the same organization.
What We Are Not
We are not a therapy program, a clinical service, a care provider or a daycare. Our events are not drop-off programs: a parent, family member or caregiver stays with their VIP for the whole event, and childcare and babysitting are not provided. Nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice.
Using This Site
You are welcome to read, print and share what is here. Please do not use the site to send us anything false or misleading, to submit someone else’s details without their knowledge, to reach parts of it that are not public, or to interfere with its running.
The photographs on this site are of real members and their families, published with their permission. Please do not copy or reuse them.
Registering for an Event
Registration is required for our events, and what you tell us needs to be accurate, because our hosts plan around it. Some events have limited places, taken in the order they are booked. We may change, move or cancel an event, and we will tell registered families as soon as we know.
Membership
Annual membership is $25 per VIP per year. It includes free entry to our monthly Arts & Crafts classes, access to our private Band community, priority registration for limited-space outings and ticketed events, and entry to member-only events.
Sending the sign-up form does not by itself make you a member. We email you instructions for paying the $25 fee, and membership begins once that payment reaches us and is approved. Access to the Band community follows approval.
If you have paid and something goes wrong — we cancel something you paid for, or your circumstances change — email us and we will sort it out with you.
Events Held at Other Places
Many of our outings happen at venues and attractions run by other organizations, with their own rules, prices and ticketing. Those arrangements are between you and them.

Our Resources page links to outside organizations as a starting point for families. We do not endorse or guarantee their services, availability, eligibility or quality. Please contact each organization directly for the most current information.
Photographs
We sometimes take photographs and video at events. Every registration and membership form asks for your answer, and you can change it at any time — see the Photo & Video Permission document.
Availability
We keep this site running as best we can, but we cannot promise it will always be available, or that everything on it is free of error. Event details, dates and prices can change.
Our Responsibility
This website is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, PWM4id is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on what is published here. This paragraph is about the website. It does not replace or narrow the Waiver and Release of Liability, which is the document that covers taking part in an event.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page will change when we do.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, as is our Waiver and Release of Liability.
