Policies & Agreements

Family Code of Conduct

Party With Me 4 i.d. is committed to providing welcoming, safe, respectful, and inclusive events for all participants, VIPs, family members, and guests. The following Family Code of Conduct outlines expectations so that our programs remain positive and supportive for everyone involved. By attending Party With Me 4 i.d. events, families agree to support these expectations and work collaboratively with volunteers and staff.

Respect & Inclusion

All families agree to treat every participant, volunteer, and staff member with patience, kindness, and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior is not permitted.

Safety Expectations

Families will ensure that participants stay in designated activity areas and follow instructions from staff and volunteers. If a participant needs breaks, accommodations, or has safety concerns, families agree to communicate this with staff.

Parents or guardians must remain with their VIP for the entire duration of the event. Party With Me 4 i.d. events are not drop-off programs, and child care/babysitting is not provided.

Communication & Behavior Support

We understand behaviors and emotions are part of being human. We ask that families use positive support strategies and work together with our volunteers if redirection is needed. Yelling, threats, or physical punishment are not allowed.

Health & Attendance

Participants experiencing contagious illness, fever, vomiting, or other symptoms should not attend until safe to participate. No alcohol, drugs, vaping, or smoking are permitted during events.

Thank you for supporting a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all families and VIPs!
