Party With Me 4 i.d. may take photographs and/or videos during group activities, crafts, outings, and special events. These images may be used to help promote the group, share memories, and communicate about our activities.
If you answer YES on the registration form
You give permission for Party With Me 4 i.d. and its authorized representatives to photograph and/or record your child/participant during group activities and events. Photographs and videos may be used for:
- Group newsletters or communications
- Party With Me 4 i.d. social media
- Group or organization websites
- Flyers, promotional materials, or event announcements
- Educational or community outreach materials
- Sharing photos from group activities with participating families
If you answer NO
You do not give permission for your child/participant to be photographed or recorded for these purposes.
Understanding & Release
I understand that participation in photographs or videos is voluntary. I understand that I will not receive payment or other compensation for the use of photographs or videos.
I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to respect my wishes regarding photo and video use. I also understand that once an image or video has been shared publicly, complete control over copies or further sharing by others may not be possible.
I release Party With Me 4 i.d. and its authorized representatives from claims related solely to the permitted use of photographs or videos as described above.
