Annual membership is $25 per VIP. Telling us about your VIP here means our volunteers and activity hosts know how to make them comfortable before you ever walk in.

After you submit this form we will email you payment instructions for the $25 annual fee. Your membership starts once the payment arrives.

Creating a Community Where Everyone Belongs

Our guidelines help keep PWM4i.d. safe, respectful, supportive, and inclusive for everyone.

Parents or guardians must remain with their VIP for the entire duration of the event. Please note that Party With Me 4 i.d. events are not drop-off programs, and child care/babysitting is not provided. I have read and agree to the Waiver and Release of Liability, including the assumption of risk, release and indemnification it contains. If the participant is under 18, I confirm I am their parent or legal guardian. I have read and accept the food and potluck safety terms.
